I believe life revolves around our ability to be in-tune with our cycles, have a powerful personal yoga practice, carve out time to take care of our bodies with nurturing food, and being connected to a community of like-minded women.

When just one of these aspects gets neglected, we feel disconnected from our true nature.

However, the beauty of all of it, is that once these rhythms are in place, they are so incredibly simple to come back to, and in these practices, I come back home to myself.
