As you may be able to tell by now, my life revolves around my ability to be in-tune with my menstrual cycle, have a powerful personal yoga practice, carve out time to take care of my body with nurturing food, and being connected to a community of like-minded women.

When just one of these aspects gets neglected, I don’t feel like myself, I feel off.

However, the beauty of all of it, is that once these rhythms are in place, they are so incredibly simple to come back to, and in these practices, I come back home to myself.
